Objectives

  • In 2023, I planned for and led the end-to-end reorganization of Mosaic Group’s 4 siloed marketing divisions, 40+ employees to centralize into a single team best suited to evolving business needs.

  • Our focus in team reorganization was to streamline and improve Mosaic Marketing’s ability to execute excellently, accurately, and transparently within its existing scope as well as new business opportunities identified.

  • We also prioritized strategic talent assessments and used them to inform structural decisions to save the business headcount cost, close team knowledge gaps, and best position ourselves to move fast.

Key Results

  • Under my leadership, Mosaic outperformed our annual forecast performance by more than 30% in 2023 - delivering significantly more profit than expected to IAC shareholders.

  • As a result of the team restructure, the business saw a six-figure improvement in team headcount cost and improved team satisfaction. By month 3, we had eliminated team churn from 50% to 0%.

  • As of 2024, our 5-year strategic roadmap developed with Mosaic c-suite leadership was projected to achieve a more than 3x increase in annual revenue across iOS, Android, and web distribution channels.
