Key Results

  • I implemented a bottoms-up forecasting process that has been globally adopted by Mosaic + IAC. Our team has evolved these frameworks as a tool for effectively managing performance accountability across a portfolio company of more than 30 consumer app brands.

  • Our tracking systems for managing performance expectations versus goals significantly improved operational transparency org-wide; cross-functionally, internally, and upward. This ultimately helped us craft clearer strategic narratives to the IAC board that eventually earned us a successful acquisition by Bending Spoons in January 2024.

  • Under my leadership, Mosaic outperformed our annual forecast performance by more than 30% in 2023 - delivering significantly more profit than expected to IAC shareholders and improving the IAC boardā€™s confidence in our ability to execute.
