Objectives

  • Pioneer the development of Robokiller’s customer marketing strategy through email, push, and SMS marketing channels to determine revenue opportunity size for the rest of the Mosaic consumer app portfolio.

  • Build, recruit for, and scale CRM as a strategic marketing pillar and revenue stream for the Mosaic portfolio, using foundational learnings proven from the Robokiller playbook.

  • Implement a supporting CRM and marketing tech stack to ensure executional excellence and proper success measurement of this new channel and strategic pillar.

Key Results

  • The CRM strategy and playbook executed under my leadership grew Robokiller’s email, push, and SMS marketing from $0 to multi-million dollar annual channel performance outcomes from 2019 - 2022. This playbook includes campaigns ranging from activation, retention, re-engagement, reactivation, and retargeting.

  • Under my leadership, we implemented Teltech’s mobile-first CRM marketing tech stack end-to-end to support CRM performance and access reporting capabilities LeanPlum, Adjust, Amplitude. We achieved record-breaking implementation timelines of less than 6 months for 3+ Teltech brands.

  • We recruited for, built, and scaled Mosaic Group’s now independent CRM team of 5+ employees executing campaigns for 10+ leading consumer brands in the portfolio, which generates more than $2 million in incremental annual revenue as of 2023. All tactics and technological infrastructure originated from my foundational work at Teltech.
