Objectives

  • Implement a subscription service monetization strategy focused on maximizing per-user value and purchase conversion rates. Develop tools, systems, and methodologies for identifying and improving optimization opportunities through A/B testing.

  • Build a replicable optimization playbook and testing strategies within the install to purchase funnels for Mosaic Group’s consumer mobile brand apps notably Robokiller, iTranslate, and Clime.

  • Partner with Product teams to execute tests in identified optimization areas to optimize subscription service revenue performance at lowest customer acquisition costs (driven by maximized conversion rates) and highest ARPU (driven by the right pricing strategies).

Key Results

  • Since 2019, Growth optimization processes and roadmaps implemented and executed have led to a 2x improvement in Robokiller lifetime value (LTV); $30 -> $60. On average, our subscription service strategy ensures all Mosaic brands operate at or above industry lifetime value benchmarks.

  • Under my leadership, our teams have developed Mosaic’s proprietary subscription service strategy playbook that has been recognized as best-in-class in the mobile industry - even by Apple directly. This mobile growth playbook includes industry-leading knowledge in paywall design optimization, onboarding experiences, pricing variations, pricing packaging, add-ons, and maximized conversion rates.

  • Mosaic’s consumer mobile app brands continue to set industry benchmarks as one of the highest non-gaming purchase rates (20%+), highest-retaining trial retention rate bases of 60%+, highest annual plan splits (60%+), and highest annual renewal rates (40%+).

Install to trial funnel optimization work recognized by Apple as best practice in app marketing as of 2023.
