Objectives

  • Implement known app store optimization tactics and strategies to increase Mosaic Group’s portfolio of consumer app brands’ visibility in search engine results to ultimately unlock a new organic user acquisition channel. Develop and manage supporting ASO strategy and a team of 6+ specialists.

  • Drive improved search visibility in the iOS and Android app stores for Mosaic’s portfolio of 50+ consumer apps, with a heavy focus on leading brands such as Robokiller, Clime, iTranslate, Blossom, and Planes Live.

  • Implement consistent marketing tactics to Apple and Google editorial teams that will continue to improve developer relationships and earn app store features and awards that improve brand recall.

Key Results

  • All of Mosaic's leading consumer apps maintain category-leading market share positions in the top 1-5 of their category worldwide for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores.

  • Achieved record-breaking category and store rank heights. Robokiller iOS maintained its position as one of the top-grossing iOS Utilities app from 2017 - 2020. Clime achieved the top-downloaded Weather app in the United States (2022).

  • Landed 15+ App of the Day, Editorial, or App Developer Award nominations through strategic app store relationship building, marketing efforts, and other ASO tactics for iOS and Android storefronts.

  • All of the ASO strategies developed under my leadership have generated more than 100 million total downloads at a paid/organic mix of 60%/40%+, more than 5 million total app ratings & reviews, and more than $225 million in revenue for Mosaic Group.
