Objectives

  • Implement a consumer-first public and media relations strategy for Robokiller as a primary organic user acquisition channel for the brand, starting in 2017.

  • Evolve Robokillerā€™s PR strategy to consistently stay in media headlines following the early success of its 2017 PR launch campaign. Build and publish supporting proprietary data, research, and insights that fuel Robokillerā€™s earned media flywheel.

  • Use media relationships and buzz to create federal and state-level government relationships that will help ensure the longevity of the Robokiller brand in its existing and future categories.

Key Results

  • The proprietary PR playbook delivered under my leadership has delivered more than 2,000+ earned Robokiller TV features by networks such as ABC World News, NBC Nightly News, The New York Times, and many more.

  • Starting in 2020, I led the creation of first-of-its-kind proprietary phone scam research to help raise awareness of the consumer impact of phone scams and advocate for further action to be taken by our industry. As of 2023, this research has been cited more than 200 times by the Federal Trade Commission + Biden Administration. 

  • Since 2020, Iā€™ve appeared as the spokesperson and cybersecurity expert on behalf of Robokiller. My broadcast, print, and online appearances have delivered multi-million-dollar incremental revenue results for the Robokiller brand.
